Waken is authored by Shi Huijing (釋慧鏡). It relies on two infrastructures: a classical one (CBETA scripture databases, inter-canonical cross-reference, printed commentary tradition) and a contemporary one (version control, retrieval-augmented search, AI-assisted document hygiene). This page discloses both.
AI Collaboration Disclosure
All writings on Waken are authored by Shi Huijing. AI tools serve as research and engineering collaborators in the following capacities:
- Structural drafting assistance — outlining, section organization, version comparison
- Document hygiene — formatting, citation checking, cross-reference maintenance
- Version control — git commits, branch management, deployment pipelines
- No doctrinal authorship — all Buddhist teaching, interpretation, and argumentation originates from the author
An AI assistant account may appear in some repositories' GitHub contributor list. This reflects technical contribution (infrastructure, formatting), not authorship of ideas. Readers are invited to scrutinize this line at any time by examining commit diffs directly.
